Earthquake!


Oh look this is why they tell you to fix the bookcase to the wall!
oops!!

Unbelieveable experience this morning woken by
7.4 earthquake.
Very very scary indeed.
We are all fine, much tidying to be done.

    Thank goodness you are all safe - so scary but a good reminder that we need to be ready for emergencies like this as they happen at random.

    oh my goodness that is huge. I am glad to know that you all are ok. Scary stuff. We were in a 7.2 once when my avery was little and it is unforgettable.

    Christchurch is in our thoughts. From Auckland you are so close but yet so far away.
    And to think they say this wasn't the big one! Makes me think I really need to get that emergency kit sorted.
