We actually were out of town today but Christchurch has been hit by more earthquakes today. It is so crazy when will this nightmare end??? More broken stuff, more cracks in the house, sigh.
As you celebrate Christmas this year with your family, please remember us in Christchurch, we are living a nightmare!

We were starting to think it was pretty much over, got to learn not to hope for that I think; every time I do then we get hit with another big one.
ReplyDeleteGlad you guys were out of town for it, not a fun experience even if like us you're not on the Eastern side of town.
I've been stressing about you all afternoon Deb.
ReplyDeleteSo pleased to hear you are ok.
Wishing you stillness and safety and security and no more aftershocks. xx
I must admit that one of my first thoughts was "at least Deb and her family are out of town!"
ReplyDeleteThe kids seem fine so far (we'll see if Rascal wakes in the night) but I must admit I've been pretty emotional today...
Enjoy your holiday.

I heard the news yesterday and thought of you. I am sorry, how terrible this must be. Blessings.
ReplyDeleteI saw this on the news and immediately thought of my bloggy friends across the ditch. I don't know whether to be glad you were out of town or sad that your house took another pummeling and more of your stuff is broken so I'll just send big hugs to you all.
