It is years since I've been to the Vic Market - thanks for the memories! I used to do a lot of the meat shopping for my meatarian housemates there (I couldn't carry home meat and veg and the meat was good and cheap!). I was also often doing post mortems on sheep as part of my PhD... you can see where this is leading. We didn't eat much lamb oddly enough.
