Red Curry

Yesterday I felt like Fish curry.
I chopped up carrots, tomatoes, pepper and red onion.
I cooked them and added one tablespoon of Red Curry Paste.
I added a tin of coconut flavoured Evaporated Milk
and some Red cod.
I cooked it for a while
and served it over fluffy rice.

It was everything I expected.
Annie-Rose LOVED it, in fact I think she stashed some
in her ears for later.
(True, I spotted it this morning!)
