Today I'm thankful for...

a simple project completed
each row an incentive for a bit more cleaning
(sew a row, clean for five minutes)
which resulted in a temporarily tidy house!
Knowing that your children and particularly the teens
are being watched over even when you are not there!

Cherries in the sun = Christmas is nearly here!

Decorating the house
and feeling the holidays approaching!
Three more weeks of school!

More thankful here.

  1. Ooh, cherrries! Yum. Lovely post, so much to be thankful for. Hope your festive season is full of fun and love xo

  2. That's a lovely quilt. It's so cute how you allow yourself one row if you do a spot of cleaning... great motivation. I should try that some day!! x

  3. i love cherries!!! i can not imagine christmas being a summer holiday, though for you it has not ever been different i guess. do you decorate in more fun playful colors are the traditional red and your towns put up lights in the streets and on houses? Or do we just do that because it is dark here in the winter?

  4. That quilt looks GORGEOUS! Lovely to see you today. x

Thanks so much for dropping by. I love to hear from you and I want you to know that I really appreciate each comment!!
